The Special Projects H20 headset is the only IP67 rated waterpoof headworn microphone with the exclusive detachable cable feature - this specification means that the H2O is tested waterproof at a depth of 1 meter for a minimum of 30 minutes. Even if you are never in the water, this specification means that this headset is completely unaffected by sweat. With the proper connector, this headset can be used with every brand of wireless system.
With all brands of headworn microphones the most common area that breaks is the cable where it enters the body pack transmitter. With all other brands of headset mics, when repair is necessary, you must send the entire microphone in for repair. With this unit, simply replace the detachable cable with a spare and you are up and running immediately with no downtime. Later, send just the cable in for repair.
